This statement covers two separate things: how the nautris software treats the documents you process with it, and how this website treats your data when you visit or contact us.

1Your documents never reach us

nautris is self-hosted. It runs entirely inside your own infrastructure. The documents you process with it stay on your systems and are never sent to us. We have no access to them, do not store them, and cannot see them. The core pipeline is generative-model-free and makes no outbound calls with your content. You can verify this with a packet capture.

You are the controller of the documents you process. You are responsible for the lawful basis, retention, and security of that data within your environment.

2What this website collects

We keep website data to a minimum. We do not run advertising trackers or build behavioural profiles of visitors.

• If you email us (for a commercial license, support, or a question), we keep your message and contact details for as long as needed to respond and to manage our relationship with you.
• Server logs. Our web server records standard technical data (IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp) briefly, for security and to operate the site.
• Theme preference. Your light/dark choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). It is a preference, not a tracking cookie, and is never sent to us.
• Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may process your IP address to serve the font files. See Google's privacy policy for details.

3Legal basis and your rights

Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, we process the limited data above on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the site and responding to you, or your consent where required. You have the right to access, correct, or erase the personal data we hold about you, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email contact@nautris.com.

4Confidentiality of commercial discussions

Information you share with us while evaluating or licensing nautris (for example, details of your use case, volumes, or deployment) is treated as confidential. We use it only to advise you and to prepare a licensing proposal, and we do not disclose it to third parties without your permission, unless required by law.

5Data retention and security

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete it. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we hold.

6Changes

We may update this statement; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
